• “Platform”: Edu Partner’s mobile applications, web portals, and related services.
• “User”: Any teacher, parent, administrator, or student authorized by a school to use the Platform.
• “School”: The educational institution that licenses Edu Partner and manages accounts.
• “Services”: All educational and administrative functions provided by Edu Partner.

• a) Edu Partner accounts are created and managed by schools.
• b) Students under 18 may only use the Platform through accounts established by their schools, who are responsible for obtaining any required parental consent.
• c) Users must keep login credentials secure and confidential.

• a) Edu Partner grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for educational purposes only.
• b) Users may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the Platform.

• a) Data is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• b) Edu Partner acts as a data processor, while schools remain the data controllers.
• c) No personal data is used for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
• d) Users agree that certain technical data (device type, OS, usage) may be collected to improve system performance.
• e) Schools and parents (via schools) may exercise rights of access, correction, or deletion of data.

• a) Edu Partner complies with COPPA and equivalent international standards.
• b) No personal information is knowingly collected directly from children under 13 (or the local age of consent).
• c) All student data is educational in nature (attendance, grades, assignments, communications) and managed by schools.
• d) No behavioral tracking, advertising, or profiling is permitted.

• a) Users must comply with applicable laws and school policies.
• b) Users may not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• c) Schools are responsible for supervising student access and use.

• a) Subscription fees are agreed with schools under separate licensing contracts.
• b) Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

• a) Edu Partner strives for 99.9% uptime.
• b) Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime; schools will be notified when possible.

• a) Edu Partner implements encryption, role-based access controls, regular audits, and backups to safeguard data.
• b) While we take industry-standard precautions, no system can guarantee 100% security.

• a) All content, trademarks, software, and branding are the property of Skylink Technologies.
• b) Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.

• a) Edu Partner is provided “as is.”
• b) We make no warranty of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
• c) To the extent permitted by law, Skylink Technologies shall not be liable for data loss, indirect damages, or misuse by third parties.d) Maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the school in the preceding 12 months.

• a) Schools may terminate at the end of a billing cycle with written notice.
• b) Edu Partner may suspend or terminate access if: Terms are violated, payments are overdue, or misuse/illegal activity occurs.
• c) Upon termination, schools may request export of data within 30 days.

• a) We may update these Terms from time to time.
• b) Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• a) These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• b) Disputes shall be resolved by Cambodian courts.
