3. c) Edu Partner acts solely as a data processor, under the instructions of schools, who act as data controllers.

5. e) No advertising, behavioral tracking, or profiling is performed.
6. f) Optional uploads (homework, projects) are user-initiated within a school-controlled environment.

Parents and legal guardians have the right, through their child’s school, to:

1. - Access their child’s personal information.
2. - Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated data.
3. - Request deletion of data, subject to school policies and legal obligations.

Edu Partner retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill services or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with best practices.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

1. - End-to-end encryption for data in transit.
2. - Encrypted storage for data at rest.
